If you were stranded on a dessert island and had one meal to eat everyday, what would it be?

Grilled cheese...with a salad on the side, to attempt to be healthy...but I might skip that 2 out of 3 meals. Can I have a good beer with that too (or is that too picky for a dessert island...wait, was it only supposed to be a dessert or did Mattyd just spell desert wrong?)....so confused...either way, dessert to me is beer, cheese and bread.

A whole island of desserts! That's awesome. I would hope this magical island would be made of soft, warm cake. I'd imagine I'd get a wee bit cold if the island were made of delicious ice cream.
