Considering I am known for putting hot sauce on EVERYTHING ( somtimes I even put it in my coffee) I suppose that. ;)

Definitely Vietnamese fish sauce. All condiments are made better for its presence. Ketchup and .... hot sauce and ... mayo and ... honey and.... have I said too much?
