When I get asked this question I have two answers. #1 The Selfish Answer: I would love to have the power to eat anything I want and not get fat, then be able to poo gold. #2 The Answer that would help others besides just me: Invincibility so I could fight crime and look good doing it (I would have several hot costumes to change into)

I think Super-Speed just barely edges out Teleporting; both would be useful, but being ridiculously fast sounds like a bit more fun than teleporting. I would immediately run to Easter Island and do a few laps on top of the ocean.

If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to give people severe headaches, but only the people that give me one. You know...like my annoying co-workers who eats McDonald's every morning and leaves the entire office smelling like eggs, anyone who cuts me off on the 405, and people who wear there blue tooth like it's a fashion accessory and hold up one finger to shush me so they can answer the phone. I'd give them all headaches.... MMMMUAHAHAHAHA!!!!
