As professionally trained Chef, she has worked in some of the best restaurants from San Francisco to Los Angeles; and for numerous celebrities around Los Angeles. Deidre is passionate about sustainability; grass fed and naturally raised meats and poultry, locally caught fish and just picked organic fruits and vegetables from local farms. Most of all she loves all things pork!

On the touristy little strip of Washington Street just before the pier has a new wine bar for those who are looking for something a little more subdued than The Whaler or Cabo Cantina.
