First Fridays

The First Friday of every month, Venice's cool commercial strip known simply as Abbot Kinney, open's its doors to all with free cocktails, product samples, music and food. A good night of shopping, a good hang and one of the special community events of LA. With a collection of food trucks, cool boutiques, art galleries and restaurants, Abbot Kinney First Fridays has something for everyone to enjoy. It's become quite a scene so get down early to avoid the parking issues. TheLEK.com's legendary First Friday parties have subsided but it's still a great way to spend an LA evening.
