The Edison
The Edison is a posh yet industrialized lounge that would fit well into a David Lynch or Wong Kar-Wai movie. Located inside Downtown L.A.'s first power plant, you will find retro-artifacts of science, industry and art inside this opulent example of New Historic L.A.
Drinks are pricey but creative - but on Thursday evenings between 5pm and 7pm, you can get a 1910 martini at a 1910 price (which means 35 cents!). Chanteuses and jazz musicians perform some Thursdays, while there are Flapper shows on weekends.
